Kaiser Permanente Hospice helps the family that are in need of comfort individuals and families facing end-of-life circumstances, with compassion, concern, and hope. A team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and others all visit patients where they are and support the goals and comfort of patients and their loved ones.
