Responsibilities: Nursing Home Administrators study parts of
medical and health services organization. They also are in charge of employment
to manage clinical and administrative issues of nursing homes and related services.
Moreover, they are normally responsible for supervising staff and workers. They
keep track on their facilities financial matters, medical care, medical
supplies, facilities, and extra related activities.
Salary: Nursing Home Administrators
make an average of $90,000 a year.
Education: Nursing Home Administrators are
required to have a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in health
administration or any other related courses. They are also required to finish a
state-approved training program and an internship. In addition, they should
pass the license exam and join renew the license in an education program.
