Summary (Forgiveness)

Reflection: In this news story, a man named Eric Smallridge was driving wasted down a street and crashed into a car. In this car were two girls named Megan and Lisa, that day they both died and Megan’s mother was devastated. The mother did put the man behind bars afterwards. Then she decided that by hating the man for what he had done wouldn't change the fact the she may grow old with bitterness. So she went back and wrote him a letter that she had forgiven him and took him out of jail. Eric was under custody but he then started to go to schools and inform them on drunk driving with Renee. When Eric was out of custody he still informed young kids on drinking and driving. This was a great story that Renee could forgive and forget what he had done.
