Reflection: This statement says that we all people should be committed to choose the right paths. To improve your success in the further future one must improve oneself to achieve his/ her goal in life.

Reflection: This statement is a great statement because without a person without steering to which direction they plan to go. For example, when someone runs away but they have no money and no place to stay. What’s the point of leaving if you have no plans for your future in a different part of town? without any plans it's useless to go somewhere without directions and backup.

Reflection: This statement is a great statement because Sophocles is honest. For example, if you have a test and you didn’t study the day before. What will you do? Copy someone next to you or just fail the test with no regret of feeling guilty.

“Memorial Day”

1. What is Memorial Day?

-Memorial Day is a day to commemorate the soldiers who have fought and/or died for our country.

2. What is the purpose of Memorial Day?

-The purpose of Memorial Day is to honor the Union soldiers who went to the American Civil War and never came back to the country

3. When is it?

-Memorial Day is on the last Monday in May.

4. What are a few ways to show honor and respect on Memorial Day?

-People show their appreciation by sending out letters to the soldiers to thank them for their hard work. Also, the people honor them by going to the cemetery for veterans and to give the veterans an offering at a near hospital. On Memorial Day the citizens enjoy the time with their family and watch the Memorial Day Parade or the National Memorial Day parade.
